After a successful career as a model spanning 8 years and traveling far and wide, I stumbled across my love of cooking by chance a few years later. A self taught chef with 2 years of experience working at a few select restaurants and honing my skills in continental cuisine and the intricacies of the business. I love travel, adventure and of course, food. I am obsessive when it comes to cooking in all its forms.

After studying Economics at Delhi University and Cardiff Business School, Ambika Anand joined NDTV in December 2002 to work on India Business Report, a weekly programme that was produced for the BBC. After a year and a half she took a sabbatical and worked for the Department of Communication at The International Labour Organisation, Geneva.

Our luxe journeyman Arun Thapar feels if he wasn't on TV he'd be in trouble. A presenter and senior producer with NDTV, he is the man behind the popular candid comedy Chhupa Rustam that won the Indian Television Academy's jury award for Best Comedy in 2002.

Ayesha Sharma is the anchor for Cut. She is not a film critic and never went to film school. Her view on the happenings of tinsel town are unbiased and bring a tangy fresh perspective to the show in their straightforwardness. She is sharp without being nasty and appreciative without fawning, as the story demands. In the half hour dazzling madness of the show, her links thread the stories together and make it our unmistakable "Cut"!

The show is anchored by NDTV's Ayesha Sharma, who is one of the 9 riders. Looking at her you would never imagine she could or would ride a bike, let alone an Enfield... But she can and she does! A woman on an Enfield is a rarity, especially on an expedition of this scale, Ayesha rides neck to neck with the men and is one of the few women ever to have successfully completed this route on a motorcycle. Alongside completeing the ride she also anchored and produced the show which follows her narrative as she recounts their epic journey.
